Hornady bullet feeder update...

Hey guys- just wanted to let you know that I have a Hornady bullet feeder in the shop, and will be posting videos soon.

See:
http://ultimatereloader.com/2010/12/...r-in-the-shop/

I actually helped test this system before it went into production, and so far I really like how it works, but the system that I was using was pre-production, and I know there were several improvements made to the final design.

Hoping to post a video in the next couple weeks, but I'm really busy with the AR-15 build project (AR-MPR).

Anyone else have one of these yet? How do you like it?

And: I talked with Hornady yesterday, it sounds like they are making good progress on the rifle bullet feed system as well.

I have loaded some using the RCBS bullet feeder with a Dillon 650. So far for what I can see both the RCBS and Hornady bullet feeder post suck when it comes with using with the Strong Mount. They made them way too short. At least the RCBS is adjustable. But still too short. I think I like the Hornady Bullet Feeder Die better than the RCBS. But the questions that I have.
1 well the Hornady Bullet Feeder Die work with the RCBS bullet feeder? For the one’s that already has the RCBS Bullet Feeder.
2 Between the two what one has the better bullet feeder colander?

Waiting to get hold of one of the horandys. I already have a design in mind for a strongmount mounted adapter for the stock mount bar, just need the actual unit for measurements.

On a bullet feeder? I'm gonna get one. Just waiting till Horandy gets the 9mm feeding die issue fixed. I already backordered from Grafs.
