IMPORTANT 10-RING FACILITY ADMINISTATIVE QUESTION

We are now in the heart of preparations for the 8:40PM Tenth Anniversary blowouts. The Dungeon Logistics and Financial people have advised me it would be advantageous to all concerned, Penthouse AND Dungeon, if the Dungeon were to increase its embezzlement rate for the next month to 39.13%. That additional .13% may not seem like much, but it apparently has major tax deduction/writeoff implications.

I told them I would run it by the 10-Ring/Penthouse types to see if we could do the increase without anyone getting in a twist about it. We COULD simply have the Penthouse kick in the extra amount out of ITS funds, but then it would foul up the books and cause aggravation to EVERYONE concerned with the preparations.

We await your decision on this matter.

Yeah, I got three phone calls.
The first was that the card was maxed out and they wanted to confirm authorized usage for some "unusual transactions" (... something about a leather teddy with a couple of holsters built in).
The second call was to inform me that Mongo had been involved in some sort of ruckus involving the entire on duty staff of the Fort Lauderdale police department. I informed them of Mongo's inability to tell spring break from ... well anything ... and I gave them the number of the lawyer we keep on retainer for Mongo.
The third call was to inform me that Mongo had escaped (something about the entire exterior wall of the police station collapsing). I let the 3rd message go to the answering machine per the lawyers instructions.
Up to your usual Geesie?

Off to the future to cash in some long term municipal bonds and exchange them for gold. Buy low, sell high I always say. It seems that from 2012, through 2025, California will be giving out some unusually high interest rates (and gold will be selling for a rock bottom price in 2037). gotta go ....

O.K. Geesie, I'll take care of the "replacement" credits card.....the info strip on the last one must have gotten a dis-orienting magnetic impulse, it should have been "max-proof".
Since the card mechanics became fouled, I wonder just WHERE they're going to send the billing....The old one was always sent to Rigel IV, c/o the Borg Commander !
You can just imagine what hit the rotary-dispersal unit....
M.D. is there anybody in the universe that our friend Zach really hates ? we can arrange billing .

That might work, but in a couple more years, it might come back marked...

I recieved another phone call. Something about a bunch of spent .357 Sig cartridges and some stucco based calligraphy and obsenity laced sentences. Remember our agreement about blowing off steam. It's okay, just not in my time zone and (oh yes) don't get caught.

The alleged smiley face was a typical have a nice day style happy face, but with the smile turned upside down. Instead of the ususal "Have a Lousy Day" embellishment, you chose to use an expletive deleted which I cannot print here.
However, if I understand it correctly the Police Chief himself used that same obscenity no less than fifity times while filing his complaint. Our lawyer says he can prove that you were in Acapulco (which you will be once the Tardis can have it's spatial dampeners properly adjusted to allow for the obvious paradox that would make possible). Mongo will not be accompanying you to Acapulco.
