Mine too... They are actually nickel coated and use matching nickel primers.

I've never seen Black Talon with brass cases

I hope Im not crappin in your post but those are first run Ranger SXT's not typical "Black Talons" They still used the Black Talon bullet but with a brass case. I used to have a box. This was shortly after the ban on production of Black Talon named ammo.
