Like new. 100% accurate. I installed this on my glock 21 and fired about 200rds through it with no problem. very bright even in daylight and requires you to slide the breakdown lever left or right with a positive click. I installed this on my duty gun and recently switched over to a sig p220 and bought the lasermaxx for it. I am also including 3 new spare sets of batteries ($12ea). batteries last quite a while though. this is the model for the newer glocks with finger grooves on the grip. fits g20, g21, g21sf with finger grooves. includes assembly tool, all paperwork and warranty card
