Yes, I definitely have PTSD and nightmares. Right now the nightmares own me. I think they have jockeys and trainers. The only good thing about them is that most of them are a recurring theme and my shrink is convinced she knows what's causing them. So if I can deal with one issue, and I'm trying to, then I'll be able to send at least some of those nags to the glue factory.

The hard part is accepting and coming to terms with what happened. I'm not doing well in that area, in part because the constant nightmares have my resolve weakened so much.

"keep on keeping on"! I'm doing just that one day at a time.

You know, she would make a good designated driver......
