Streamlight TLR-1 Railmount flashlight

Got this for my birthday about a month ago. Decided I wanted to upgrade to the one with the laser. This light has literally just been sitting on my Glock for the past month. Has been turned on maybe for a total of 1 minute and never fired with it on.

Do they make a TLR W/hologen? I haven't seen it.
