I've been eyeing these holsters, don't have one but have read some good things about them. Quicker turn around than raven and some say is up to par.

Custom Kydex is where it is at. You can try Raven Concealment, Off The Grid Concepts, or Dark Star Gear.
Here is my G21 with TLR-4

duty or off duty holster? Only holster for duty for the 4 is the 6280...
