Any non-LEO's ever had to draw their weapon?

I ask because I had my G30 halfway out of my IWB holster trying to break up a 4-on-1 beat down. I started to draw because one of the "beaters" took out a knife. They saw what I was doing and all took off. I can't stand "tough guys" who can't fight their own battles and have to rely on three other people to attack someone. Thoughts anyone?

Good for you, did you call the police afterwards, stick around to make sure the other person was alright? As for me, I'm a terrible artist.

To answer your question though, no, I have not.

Probably the same way I identify Joe-Bob, Billy-Jack and Jeremiah when I see a trio of rednecks doing something stupid. It just fits.

guy owned land beside us , my dad clearcut part of it , neighbor prick thought we cut over the line , he even put up cardboard tombstones as a joke , he sued for 10,000 bucks, we took it to court and countered him for 5,000 bucks , we won which was obvious .
one day i came home he was in our driveway waving a gun around , i pulled out my then gen 1 glock and told him to leave or get shot he left.

wont never forget that

the prick died few years ago ,a slow death of cancer .

No just ostracized from cop talk for having a different point of view and refusing to post proof that he is truly a law enforcement officer...

That sure is a pretty twisted way of putting it....but you are pretty twisted.

How about claiming to be a Cop/MMA fighter who was flat out busted lying and posting false pictures.

How about not knowing some of the most basic things about Law Enforcement.

How about telling stories that dont add up, over and over.

How about using the deaths of Officers to prove points and then retreat to "haha, I was joking."

How about having been called out by numerous vetted LEOS and of course, to him, everyone of them is wrong (a pattern he has with many things, it is always someone else)

And a number of other things.

Yes, but not on a human. Walking around some rural acreage my family has in Missouri a number of years back, I rounded a corner out on the property and came about ten feet from a very large cougar sunning itself next to the path.

I didn't have a clue he was even there until he growled.

I stopped, VERY slowly backed up along the trail about ten yards and once out of sight, pulled my pistol and continued slowly backing away all the way back to where I had parked my truck (about a quarter mile). I know that's not technically pulling a gun "on" the cougar, but at the distance I encountered him I figured that if I made a sudden move and he sprang, he'd be on me long before I got the pistol out of its holster.

I think I aged five years in those first few moments!
