LC9 Front sight loosening up

After shooting about 100 rounds the dove tail front sight had shifted to the right, obviously loosened up during the session.

At home I tapped it back in place with a drop of Locktite Blue. Now I think I should have used something way stronger. What kind of glue is typically used for such problems?

Is it brand new? If so you might want to send it back to get fixed. The dovetail shouldn't be so loose as to allow the sight to move because of recoil.

You might still try calling Ruger, they have great customer service.
