Because it comes off sounding a little silly where the girl advertised for it and willingly did it, regardless of the legal age of consent.
I don't recall too many males I knew who weren't trying to have sex by age 12 and it wasn't unheard of for girls to do the same and that was back in the 70's. This one seems to have been a little more extreme, but it's 2013.
