To answer your question, I don't know on the diet plan thing. But if you did a full juice reboot, you would drop the weight just as fast at a fraction of the cost. Not to be a nazi about it, I have been there and don't want to go back, I hope you find success in whatever you choose. A healthier you is always a good thing. Get after it.
