I live in Houston. We travel a lot by SUV - seems like we always have to go through Oklahoma on our way to wherever.
From my house to Oklahoma is about a 5 hour drive.
Texas has horrible rest stops - I always stop at the first rest stop across the TX - OK border and take a dump.
It has become a family tradition.
