Wife lost 40lbs just walking years before we got married. I stopped doing heavy weights when my back started hurting.
Now it is mostly core building and stretching. Usually it's a Bob Harper or Jillian Michaels video 2X during the week and then a trip to 24hr fitness on the weekend.
Diet isn't great but I stay away from all the creamy and fatty stuff since I don't like it anyway. I am a fan of a good burger, a Dr. Pepper, and some BBQ.
