Not sure about any special coatings, but many have shot this round in the past from their Glocks. You could experience failures to feed, due to the large wide nose shape, however, if I recall DT was seating those shorter, @ 1.2420". Some of those heavy weight bullets were gas checked to prevent leading issues. I shoot cast bullets from my G-29 on a regular basis, just check for leading build up if any, clean up and inspect to see if bore and chamber are clean afterwards.

They should be safe but keep in mind they are upper end performance cartridges and as such they can run the slide velocities higher than other less potent ammo. Also collect some brass to inspect for bulged brass or worst "SMILED" cases...
