i am also glad to see this post. as i finally got around to shooting my G29. i was very suprised at how much kick it has. my hope was it was going to be about the same as my g33 but thats not the case. anyway i dont think i did bad for the first time out with the gun i ran 100 rounds thru it and had to stop my hand is killing me. the rubber grip does it make the grip much bigger? i have small hands and find the grip now about as big as i wanna go. also what about changing the spring does that really help? i ran a mix of underwood 180 tmj and underwood 180 xtp jhp thru it tonight at a distance of 10 - 12 yards.
