Ruger P345. Intermittently failed to fire, three trips to Ruger, problem persisted. They replaced it, new gun did the same thing. After one trip back for repair didn't cure its ills, I sold it back to them for a full refund of every penny I spent (gun, tax, DROS, shipping, etc)
