Make sure the lawyer is a gun guy. I really think the lawyer has to be a gun guy to understand exactly what it takes to have the right kind of trust. There just are not enough correct form NFA trusts out there. However, there are good attorneys out there drafting them. This is an emerging area of the law. Good luck.
