Understand 100%... my point was intimating as to what point in time the parent(s) would be liable for their
thugs and thereby would have higher incentive to actually participate in their lives more so than being acting like someone running a B & B and not caring who comes or goes as long as the check comes on time every month.
Besides, everyone already hates insurance companies, so no one would care too much more if they went after parents of underage felons.
