Damn. Going to still look into the laws..I may not be able to carry but there may be some possibility of just possessing a handgun..I know some states allow you to transport/possess a handgun you just aren't allowed to conceal them.
I doubt it may make any difference, but perhaps I can get away without having a CCW to take a class.
I've been waiting 10 months for my CCW here in NY, so I suppose it can't hurt.
