Correct. That is why I dumped him fast. Now he has a lawyer from some free legal service basically threatening me if I don't find the guy a condo.
Without an agency agreement, documentation of where the money came from and a FIRPTA statement, no realtor will deal with him. His best bet is a for sale by owner. But then he has none of the protections that come with using an agent.
He came off like "bend the rules for us or we will report you for discrimination"
