As a supervisor in a Pennsylvania Correctional facility just outside Philadelphia, part of my duties involved coercing/asking/ordering junior officers to report to work on time or to cease their abuse of sick leave.

Of course, to the Union and the offending officers (Insert color) I dealt with....I was labeled a Racist.......
