This state ranks 49th or 50th in just about any category you can think of from sexually transmitted diseases to infant mortality. Thank God for Mississippi or we would rank 50th in everything.
What part of LA do you live in where you only get 7-8 months of summer per year? Just kidding(but not entirely)

Seems like we skipped winter last year, but it's looking up so far this year.
