Here is an easy guide to lay off the worst foods for you, wight wise.

I call it the Six C diet.

No Cookies
No Cokes (or any soft drinks, even diet)
No Cake
No Chips
No Candy
No Coors (or any beer or alcohol)

These are the kinds of foods that really put the pounds on you (sugar is the devil). Quit eating all of them for three months and see what happens (and keep working out).
I sure miss the country I grew up in.
