^^ Ah good one. My wife's got me eating Fiber1 and Kashi GoLean (the generic version) cereal for breakfast everyday. It's not bad and helps me get a good dose of fiber early in the day. General daily fiber rule is 1 gram for every pound you weigh (that's a LOT more than most people eat).
