Although no doubt that our job sometimes requires bizarre eating times and places... so the perfect meal schedule ain't always gonna happen!
I didn't say completely skip it, I was saying skip a real full meal that's going to be a thousand calories or above and have energy bars or granola bars to get the nutrients but not the calories.
Works for me.
