Thanks for all the help guys. I'm fortunate that I'm young and have suffered no major injuries that would prevent me from a particular workout. I've been drinking nothing but water and a very occasional glass of skim milk since cutting out the soda. I've cut out fast food for the last few weeks as well, although that was mostly for budgetary reasons. I'll stick to that, as I like to cook and can make time to most of the time.
