Start working to cut out sugar. Eat plain fat free yogurt, low sugar granola/oatmeal, fresh fruits and healthy toast in the mornings. The taste takes some getting used to. Same rules for lunch and dinner, low sugar, low sodium, low 'fillers' filled foods. WATER ONLY. For energy I use crystal light's energy adders (taste like barf) or green coffee bean extracts.
