It starts with food. 95% of what you eat and drink has the impact with your weight. Only 5% of physical activities could help to lose your weight.

Go for paleo/primal lifestyle and do the crossfit. I am sure you'll be 185 lbs. in a year, if you keep doing the primal/paleo and do crossfit.
