Yep - they're like a label-maker that way. You LOOK for things to use it on.

I used to keep my spare clothes, towel and washcloth vacuum-sealed in the vehicle ghb stuff. That way they not only took up less space, they were always clean and dry as well. Don't anymore, as I don't tend to let things set unused as long as I used to.

I do keep my truck carbine in a sealed foodsaver bag though. Cleaned well, oiled lightly, sealed in the bag, and then stuck in its case; keeps it protected from gunk & condenstion both.
