I'll tell you the real difference. Conservative states want all the consevative people to live ther, making fewer and fewer truly conservative states.
Liberal states export people to neighboring conservative states to set up beachheads and change voting preferences.
Their plan is long term and works. And all of you who say, "move out of those liberal places" are only doing our cause more harm by your protectionist practices.
