If you ask me, there's fault on both sides, but the biker started it off with "I don't consent to any searches" when the deputy asked if he had any weapons. While I appreciate the biker's military service, that has
nothing to do with this situation, nor should it. I don't think he's entitled to any money, but I suspect the county will end up settling the case.
