I went with the flat-sided Osprey 45 on my G21 as is does not interfere with the Crimson Trace laser like a round suppressor.
Since suppressors push quite a bit of fouling back into the weapon, reload with a clean burning power such as
VihtaVuori under a 147 grain bullet. That should remain subsonic using 5.1 grains of V350 or 5.2 of 3N37. Additional 9mm load data
