Factory 6" barrels been around a good long while. I got one, but have not seen any benefit from it over the stock length. Some guys report really good vels/results with them, I just haven't seen enough to warrant "me" draaging along the extra length. Nothing wrong with it, I just haven't liked it to much.

I will admit to really good accuracy at 100yds for deer with it using a beartooth 200gr hard cast bullet at 1300fps. It shoots them really well, and is my favorite barrel 'with those bullets', in the accuracy department.

You may warm up to it.. Give it a try if ya want, then you'll know pard.
