Conv - 395x4 paused, 225x3x10 paused
Inverted Rows - 15, 13, 11, 11 feet elevated
Machine rows - 180x4x7
Barbell curls - 95x12, 9, 8
Strength levels are still down from when I was sick. Gonna try some lighter added volume and see what happens.
