Still was puking this morning, not good.
But managed to deadlift a little.
Pulled 345x7 conv paused and 345x7 sumo paused.
Thats actually a new 7RM on conv for me.
Warmed up to 315, then puked up breakfast, and went for the scheduled cycle.
Without progression, I am nothing.
PAIN IS MY BEST FRIEND.
