My WASR has been 100% reliable, despite having a canted gas block/sights. Those arent too hard of a fix, and the mag wobble is an east JB weld fix as someone posted earlier. Back when AK ammo was real cheap, I used to rapid fire 4-5 magazines through it and the wood handgaurds would start smoking, it still ran like a clock. It's a good bargain AK if you don't mind some tinkering, or you might just find one without said problems.
