As the daughter-in-law of an honored service man, for whom I have/had great love and respect, your service and sacrifice is duly noted, appreciated, mentioned, and remembered. I have a dear friend who will ship out to Afghanistan in mid-Aug. He has a wife and a teen-age son. He is also a tremendous mentor to our students and an inspiration to all our faculty. You are in my thoughts and prayers daily, even though I don't know you. You and my father-in-law are the reason I approach personnel in uniform and tell them I appreciate their service, even though I normally don't approach strangers. Get well soon, Come home soon and MOST IMPORTANTLY, THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVCE!
