I agree. I actually took the finger grooves off my G23 last week and I was a little ticked I "ruined" a perfect frame as it wasn't the improvement I had hoped it would be. Dwelled on it for a week and decided to go all in. Got out the sandpaper and buffer for one last go, attacking the bottom of the trigger guard. :wow: Now that's the spot that made all the difference!

Tactical, I too have ground off finger-groove ridges from Glock grips, but what bothers me most with Glock frames is the bulkiness of the 'finger channel' into the trigger guard and the lower-front part of the guard itself. Here's what I've done to most to my Glocks.

I see exactly what you mean. Never gave that bottom photo spot much thought, but I can imagine the benefit.

Taking down that area makes quite a difference in trigger reach and feel.
