Roadhouse

Watching it for about the 87th time in my life. Never seems to get old.

Love that movie - it's like an 80's "Fight Club!" Ben Gazzara, buxom Kelly Lynch and laconic Sam Elliott - what's not to like?

Jeff Healey, the Canadian musician playing Cody, did a great job behind the chicken wire as well.

Be nice, until it's time to not be nice!

As a security professional I always found that line to be amusing. :whistling:

I feel the same way about Open Range. Watched it for about the 5th time last night.

Another one of my favorites!

I'm in a minority, probably because I never saw it until last year. Easily the most formulaic piece o'crap made. I did like Jeff Healey, but got a bit tired of Patrick Swayze always looking for a reason to take his shirt off. Honestly, if I have to sit through a Swayze-fest, I'd rather watch Dirty Dancing.

How could ANYONE mistake that pice of crap for a 'great' movie?

I could predict how each and every scene played out.

Third rate movie, nothing else.

I always watch it just to see this blonde. (And many of the other girls too.)

Yuuuuuuuuuuup. She's the one.

College gymnast, studies martial arts, smokin' moves, rocking body. Watch her in Point Break kicking Keanu Reeves' arse after coming out of the shower naked.

My guess is unlike the CGI graphic artists making a 100 lb female actress kill baddies in endless movies, this one could do it for real.

(FWI, I weave down the highway siinging a bad rendition of "Sh-Boom, Sh-Boom.....dadadad di dad di......") little....................

I think of Ron White when I hear Roadhouse anymore
