Your favorite workout song?
Its a Rob Zombie remix of the song Dragula. |
I honestly listen to everything. Some people like fast, heavy music to keep them "amped" up...
For me it's more about just keeping my mind occupied. On my mp3 player for the gym is just a compilation of some of my favorite songs over the years. Quite a few 80's rock songs(Metallica, GnR, etc.), quite a few country songs, several Eminem songs, and a few other misc. things. As for a favorite? Hmm, that's a tough one.. |

anything metallica before that pathetic black album.

It would also help to add what kind of workout your looking to do, general, P90x, cardio, lifting, yoga, XXX :whistling:

Not quite.. |
When running my favorites are Rob Zombie's "Dragula" and Drowning Pool's "Bodies"
When lifting I don't like music. This might sound strange but I prefer silence to help me focus. |
Pantera sprinkled with a little bit of hatebreed

:supergrin:I'm gettin' old. Just like the Doobie Brothers!!!!! |
One song that has kept its charm for me throughout the years is
by the group Kassav.
If I knew how I'd splice a full hour of this one song for a workout track. Listen to it on a good sound system; its powerful rhythm, orchestration, and horn section is perfect for exercising. |
Get's me all fuzzy inside. |
Anything AC/DC.

[explicit lyric warning]
