Guncrafter Industries 9mm Gov't No Name
This just showed up unexpectedly at my door yesterday evening. I knew it was being built, I knew it was close to being done, but I did not know Alex was going to send it to me yesterday. The owner of this fine pistol insisted I take it out for some pictures on the wood pile and for a short shakedown.....I ran a couple mags through it, and all I can say is WOW!! I am in love with this pistol. It has a ramped barrel, flush cut slide stop, flush cut and crowned barrel, one piece magwell and the GI Straight 8 style sights. Alex and Company really nailed it with this one!! To the best of my knowledge, this is the first small bore 1911 out the door of GI. More to come.......:)

You gonna' pay the drycleaning bill for the drool on my shirt?
Another keyboard trashed from drool,.......looks great Dave!

Nice looking blaster. When did Alex start stamping the bushing? Not sure I like that.
Dave,
You always no how to take pics of a pistol to make it drool worthy. That is definitely a nice piece. I cant wait to get my hands on it. Marc |

Dang that is sweet. I bet it shoots like a *****cat. I keep swearing no more expensive 1911s for me but this kind of thing makes it hard!
Wow, Alex just keeps making them better and better looking. :faint:

Thanks for sharing. Looks like another fine product from Guncrafter Industries.
looks great, congrats!
Great looking gun.
Beautiful 1911. I would like to know the long term reliability of this pistol, since 9mm 1911's are not known to be as reliable as the 45's.
