Any of you folks do bent rows with an underhand grip?

It would seem to me to be a more natural way to do them...

Yes underhand is more comfortable. But seems to involve the biceps more.

Overhand bothers my forearms at times.

I prefer head supported dumbbell rows.

I like to use a neutral grip/multi purpose bar...

My usual workout calls for underhand, overhand and wide grip.

Thanks guys. I had been doing them with the overhand grip but that seems to hit only my Rhumbus(sp). No effect on my Lats or rear Delts. Will try underhand next time..

I did that way for a long time. Had to switch to overhand with a wide grip once I developed golfers elbow.

I do Pendlay rows and rotate alternating grip, both under, both standard grip, between sets.

I personally hate BB rows. I find that DB rows have much more benefit.

I use an underhand grip, with an EZ-Curl bar. I pull the bar to my lower abs.

You mean like db rows supported on a bench? What is the additional benefit?
