Thanks for the inspiration ! Had a friend donate some beautiful
walleye fillets ,a fresh water species of pickerel , Mmmm...!
A lemon - butter sauce with the slightest jigger of hot sauce,
Yeah , HOT-SAUCE , for color and the slightest tang.
Fresh asparagus , buc-choy and cabbage slaw with a sprinkle of corrot , dressing made buy me , 1/4 cup mayo , two tbl.spoons
sour cream , slpash malt vinegar, pinch mustard , salt,pepper
with a touch parsley and again , a splash of(HOT-SAUCE) , yeah,
HOT-SAUCE , for color and tang.

I had been hearing from everyone about how good Walleye are.
So, I caught a big one and ate it.
Maybe it is the pollution in Claytor Lake.
(Or I got used to good fresh seafood by living in Alaska for of 35 years?)
Next day I found out I had eaten a citation-size fish. :animlol:
Well , I used to live in South West Florida and catch all kinds of fish and what I learned about fish is how you you cook it ! You can change the taste of anything and make it eatable !:wow:
PS: I at the present am being held hostage by Emily , a little five year old neighbor girl that is making me do and type things that I may ordinarily not say or do ! No , I did NOT back slide nor is there any Alcohol involved , just cute , little Emily...! (Smiley-Face)..!
