Smith and Wesson Bodyguard .38 spl
Picked this up a couple months back and put a few rounds down range. Nice little revolver, very light and I got the laser dialed in. I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews but I guess I got a good one (price was good as well). Pink Hogue grips come out at the end of the month and then it will go to my girl. She liked how light it was and shot it really well.

Interesting. Never shot one before. Looks cool.

A friend bought one for his wife and I got to shoot it this spring. My impression is the same as yours. Nice little gun. The laser can be helpful as well. I'm new to snubbies and accuracy with irons was poor. However, with the laser it did quite well.
Later I went shopping for a snubbie and picked up a very nice used Model 37. It doesn't shoot as soft as the Bodyguard but the accuracy with iron sights is better. |
Yeah its an interesting little revolver. I like the planner like carry case it came with. I will take my girl holster shopping this weekend and will post pics when I get the pink grip installed at the end of this month.

I traded for a S&W BG a while back,,,It compliments my 642 and PF9...Both the 642 and BG are a handful with +p rounds...

Nice pics. Plus p is for defense and not shooting. :whistling: |

We haven't shot +P yet. I will wait till we get the new Hogue grip on and then we will test out some +P Gold Dots.

The old wadcutters were flat nosed and all lead..I have some around here somewhere..Back in the day we called them paper punchers.. But 158 gr of flat nosed projectiles, will do the job for HD... |

The beauty is they are a lighter bullet and also loaded to lower velocity. They punch pretty holes in paper too :) |
I hope you (continue to) enjoy your Bodyguard. Color me old fashioned but when I hear Bodyguard I have to think of these http://www.snubnose.info/wp-content/...6/Model-38.jpg
