Wow! up 15 cents in two months! Now it goes up 40 cents in a week.

I would LOVE to see prices that low again!

1. AAA chippy - uh, ALWAYS goes up during the summer??? No. Thank you for playing our "let's extend a stereotype" home game.

2. Woman at the pump - can someone give her an appointment at the salon??? What is up with that hair?

Nov. '08 gas was $1.84 in my area.

Nov. '07 gas was $3.25 in my area.

Sept. '08 gas was $3.86 in my area

Sept. '05 gas was +$3.00 in my area.

Jan. 19, 2001 gas was $.96 in my area.

I'll take the Jan. 19, 2001 price, thank you.

08 was a fudged up year. That was the year that the traders manipulated the Crude prices and drove oil to almost $150/bbl. Then in June or July, it all collapsed and gas dropped by half. (Although it should have dropped more.)

$3.86/gal at $150/bbl then.

$3.86/gal at $92 today.

Anyone see a problem????
