Siderlock and/or Safetyblock

In another thread on Glock triggers, you mention situations where you would carry a Glock in Condition 3 (no holster, pocket, mex carry etc). What are your thoughts about using a Siderlock or Safetyblock. Any experience with these to use in Condition 1 vs. 3 since both can be used one handed?

Since both bring the trigger finger into the trigger guard, before firing is necessarily warranted, I personally can't recommend either concept. You might want to look at the Comminoli safety, a right-handed thumb-safety that retrofits to the Glock pistol. Once source is Tarnhelm Supply, www.tarnhelm.com.
