Boiler Plate liability form
Trainers, would anyone mind sharing a boiler plate type of form that your students sign before a live fire class? If you are not an instructor but know of a website that has something useful and can provide a link that would be appreciated.
Looking for something that a student might sign that says if you do something totally stupid, it's not my fault kind of thing. I know that many of these liability waivers a skilled attorney can still get around, but most trainer still use one. Thanks in advance. |
