Howdy from southern Arizona
 

Hi all,

I thought I'd introduce myself.

I am from Tucson, Arizona where I was a police officer for over 23 years.

Now, I am retired and going to law school full time, and teaching defensive pistol, carbine, and shotgun.

I was with gangs-narcotics, and SWAT before my old knees blew out and had to be replaced. So...no longer a high-speed-low-drag operator type. Now I am a medium-speed-low-cholesterol-former-operator :wavey:

I still shoot USPSA, IDPA, and 3 Gun regularly.

I like to fly (small aircraft~single engine), hunt, fish, shoot, and BBQ.

Welcome. I spent most of my life in Phx. Good luck on all you are doing. I hope you make good progress on all of them except one which didn't sound too good to me but that is way off topic.

Well...I figure a lawyer with 23 years experience as a solidly PRO 2A cop can't be all bad.

That sounds good! Should be a dynamite combo!

Who could be a better friend to the legal gun guy than a prosecutor who understands the real world, and who doesn't believe in BS prosecutions of good people who are forced to defend themselves?
