Best Night Sights for my glock
Alright guys I need some input on some good night sights for my glock 23 gen 4. I know about trijicon and truglo but does anyone know about any other brands I should look at? Also does anyone have any pics of their glocks with some night sights on? Thank Guys

XS big dots all the way

Ameriglo i-Dot Pros, or Pro-Operator

this type of question is very subjective. whats best for me might not be for you. do more reading at the sights subforum and decide for yourself.
my preference is plain black rear with white ring tritium sights by sevigny http://www.cpwsa.com/warren_sevigny_sights.htm |
Glock night sights. $57 installed in Smyrna, if you're close. If not, most places I've seen install for around $100.

2 hours ago I ordered a set of TruGlo TFO's off eBay for my Gen4 G23 because no one had them in stock locally. I like what I've read about them being super bright in daylight with the fiber optics and glow in the dark at night... Should be in my hands by Thursday so we'll see!

GOT some truglo off seller on ebay for 60 bucks. bright and great .
ive read those tfo ones have problems and the front one flying off on some guns :dunno::dunno::dunno: these http://www.ebay.com/itm/Truglo-Triti...#ht_500wt_1287 and they are bright . love em good seller too |

Trijicon HD's!
|
I like Ameriglo Operators (green front/yellow rear). I have also used Meprolight, Glock factory night sights and Trijicons.
|
I use an Ameriglo ProGlo (Lime green) front sight with an Ameriglo Pro Operator (Yellow Tritium) rear sight. They don't come as a set, you have to order them seperately.
|
I use Meprolight on my G23 and I am very happy with them.

Trijicon glows real well.
|
I like my Meprolight sights. I use orange rear and green front. This is what my wife has also. $84 shipped from Optics Planet. They can be ordered as a set.
The different color is a significant help in aquiring the front sight for us. Making order out of chaos |
XS Systems 24/7 Express Big Dots

And sights are a personal choise for sure. I've got several types of NS. But my favorites are XS Systems 24/7 Express Big Dots. I have Ameriglo I-Dot Pros on my EXO G27. But when the front sight came off I didn't hesitate to take the opportunity to order some Big Dots. They being installed, along with a smooth trigger, as we speak - LOL! http://www.weaponsandgear.com/pictur...-0005S-3_1.jpg |
I have tried most of the big names in sights over the years..
I love Ameriglo for their sights, but also for great customer service. If you have any questions whatsoever...they will answer them accurately and with a supportive attitude. (i have Pro Operator sights on my G26) |
Ameriglo Pro Glo front and Pro Operator rear or I Dot Pro.
|
Mepro or Trijicon both work well and they are low profile and won't snag on the draw. XS sights look good, but are rather high and could present a problem in an emergency.
|
Trijicon HD are the best by far out of what I have tried (which is between Trijicon and TruGlo)
|
Trijicon fan here!
|
You guys are aware that Ameriglo uses trijicon inserts, their pro-glo front sights are just like Trijicon HD,s, you can get them in different heights (ie you can keep OEM stock height if you want, or go taller), and are cheaper than Trijicon HD's right?
