What DID happen to that $6.6B in cash???

Congress appears to be giving up on determining what happened to $6.6 billion (!) in cash missing from shipments intended to rebuild Iraq.

No worries, $6.6 BILLION isn't so much money, right?

Someone told me that since Iraq is saying that was suppose to be our money, that they're going to Congress to sue for another 6.6. billion.
